Investigate - app not launching from some machines

Description

A group of people from AMA and R-System emailed about the Synthea Sandbox not working. They were advised to moved their apps to a new sandbox. After they moved their data and apps to a new sandbox, they are experiencing some troubles on some machines. Some machines the App is able to launch without any problem. But from some machines we are getting OpenID screen when we are trying to launch our App.
