Design and develop admin UI for HSPC platform

• Need a sysadmin class of user in the system -

  already have in SystemRole class. We’ll probably need another kind that can actually change stuff as well as one that can just browse the information.

• Be able to browse accounts/sandboxes/users

• Expose statistics about the system, individual user accounts, sandboxes, etc (point of time statistics, usage statics, etc)

• Perform superuser tasks

• See pricing tiers per user and their current usage and quota remaining

• See invoices/billing information

• Locking/unlocking accounts

• Used by both technical and non-technical users
