Creating sandbox "Test Box" or "My Box" hangs without any error

Upon further testing… It looks like the system hangs on creation of a new sandbox with a short name. Longer names seem to work fine. If there is a minimum number of characters that need to be in the sandbox ID, we need to validate that in the new sandbox form
