Application Password/Pin Recovery Page


On pressing Lost Password or PIN? on the Login Page, you will be sent an email. The email contains a link that would re-direct you the password/pin recovery page. The image below shows a snapshot of the password/pin recovery page. You could either reset password/pin or both. You will need to enter the following information to reset Password/Pin - 

  1. Password - Enter new Password
  2. Confirm Password - Enter the New Password again
  3. Pin - Enter New Pin
  4. Confirm Pin - Enter New Pin again
