Scenario: KMF is the Core.

A PatientThe Phillips CR Monitor and Draeger Ventilator connect via an Integration piece that is an Event Driven Architecture (EDA) captures the information and feed into the Cognitive Medical Systems (CMS) Knowledge Management Framework (KMF). Access to a FHIR EMR and FHIR BASE.

The KMF connects possibly to a Harvard SMART on FHIR Alerting plugin that would be part of a Regan Street CareWeb.

The integration piece (EDA) would connect to the VA Gateway through the Virtual Lifetime Electronic Record (VLER) and the Genomic Repository.
