Meetings and Minutes
Please join us as we resume the weekly meetings that were started as preparation for the FHIR Connectathon Care Management track. Focus will be similar to earlier meetings, determined by participants, to explore integrated use of OMG BPM+ and HL7 CPG-on-FHIR standards. These meetings are intended as working sessions to examine details and reference implementation of approaches proposed or underway to achieve operational use of these standards to improve evidence-based care management, care planning, and care coordination.
