BPM Health Community (OMG)

Project Summary and Objectives:

  • To apply business  process management standards in healthcare
  • To determine how to extend existing authoring environment for BPM and to make them applicable in medical workflows
  • To develop mechanisms to configure EHR services (FHIR) for use in executable models of medical workflow
  • To manage models of complex medical processes, logic and flexible case management
  • To provide the ability to support long running multi-step clinical interventions in a standards based way

Success Criteria:

  • To be successful in workflow orchestration
  • To successfully author environment providing executable output
