Pain Associated Precondition Refset

Use Case(s)

An associated precondition describes the previously existing conditions or states that could effect a measurement or assessment. For this case, it would be any precondition that exists prior to the onset or increase of pain.  For example, pain that occurs following a procedure would have "post procedure" as a precondition.
