Diagnostic (DX) Accelerator Project

  • Summarizing meeting with FDA around Accelerator project

    • Need to align and make compatible the VA clinical BPM+ workflows with FDA and their respective workflows

    • Reviewing different data elements from the DX Accelerator Research Question v.1

      • Suggesting to start from this question document and identify the Analysis Normal Form “Topics”

      • Then associate known codes for each topics

    • Clinical Input Form - the way the clinician would expect to capture clinical information (e.g., enter blood pressure, eye color)

      • Designation vs concept - mental notion i.e. designation of what a clinician would like to see (eye color is RED) but there is an underlying concept that is consistent across all input form
