• Need to pull in logica covid mapping/implementation guide as well as SNOMED CT LOINC

• Walking through how there are some no adjustment, optional adjustment, and in-depth adjustment or an identified gap

  • No subumption

  • For the VA it would be beneficial to add Synonyms

  • Chronic Lung disease in it’s stated form isn’t modeled correctly and it doesn’t subsume

  • Submitted a Jira ticket to correct in the SNOMED CT Release

    • This is a great example of why the VA needs it’s own SNOMED CT extension

    • The correction would take a year before the corrections were made into the next formal SNOMED CT release
