The original Service repositories developed for the previous project have been replicated from Cognitive's internal GitBlit repository to both the GitHub: Socratic Grid and BitBucket: cogmedsys public repositories.
There is no explicit mirroring between these three repository locations - each is treated as its own 'origin' in git terms.
Development for this project will be performed using the BitBucket: cogmedsys repositories and any new repositories that are created as part of this project must be created under the cogmedsys team (the default setting in BitBucket is to create new repositories under your user id - you need to select cogmedsys from the owner drop down). Please follow the Git Flow model for how you develop on branches:
Naming conventions:
All of this project's repositories start VACDS followed by the service's name (EPS, UCS etc.) and finally the name of the object(s) the repository contains. You can see the existing ones created when the initial import was done and use these names for guidance.
