Purpose of Refset

This refset provides a set of anatomic locations to be used in recording and retrieving data about the location(s) of a patient wound(s) associate with physical exam and other patient care.

Skin of eye region (body structure)

Examples of what to exclude

Zero or one OR Zero or more

Only a single location can be recorded for a single wound; i.e. zero or one values of this refset should be used to record a wound location.
