Level 2 Repeatable stabilized

  • Targeted organizational goals for deployment are established

  • Adjustment of work unit processes based on measures

  • Measure outcomes relevant to the work unit

Level 3-Defined Standardized

  • Defined measures of standardized adoption processes and reporting across the organization

  • Define Key Performance indicators or Objectives and Key Result and ongoing and consistent measuring and reporting of progress (moved from Level 5)
