EPS Configuration

Unfortunately, the latest EPS snapshot on Sonatype is not current. To use EPS, you will need to:

Clone the EPS repositories below
- https://bitbucket.org/cogmedsys/eps-api
- https://bitbucket.org/cogmedsys/eps-implementation
Run 'mvn clean install'
