In termSpace we are using two types of Dialects – US and the Nursing Dialect. The US Dialect should be used when a description is preferred in the US and the preferred description will be could be used by any health care profession. If the preferred description is will be used by a specific set of health care professionals e.g. nurses then the preferred nursing description should be added to the Nursing Dialect. If another dialect is required then the content development team should discuss it and request (via JIRA) that a new Dialect be added to termSpace for use.
