Achieving funding goals:

• Funded project for BPM+ Health; advocate for this;

• Funding for more development of protocols and workflows;

• At least one pilot in 2021;

Drive awareness in marketplace (influence):

• Publish a peer-reviewed paper (at least one guideline);

• Get on radar at policy level;

Find the right membership balance:

• Understand the right makeup;

• Ensure everyone has/knows role;

Hone stakeholder network:

• Relationship with FDA (focus on compliance);

• ACEP supportive of work with ACOG; (policy workgroup?)

Tactical efforts:
