The group discussed a strategy for completing version 1.0 of the playbook, with a goal of making the document available to the broader BPM+ community in advance of the March meeting (BPM+ Health e-Workshop, March 23-25, 2021). The intent of the first version is that it will be complete, but not necessarily deep and detailed. The document will be enhanced over time based on feedback from the organizations piloting its use. The following timeline was proposed:
