Wednesday, June 17 agenda:

4:00 Welcome/introductions

4:10-4:30 Project documentation/updates in Trello

  • Development of initial layout and review on July 1st call

  • Participate in Jump Start session (activities) June 23 lead by Ann Nguyen, complete

  • Send Draft Poster by 6/25/2020 (Trello) for MCBK conference June 30-July 1 

  • Complete survey (Ann N.) and post results in Trello 

  • Subject Matter Expert Recruitment (SMEs) 

    • Draft “Call for PARTICIPATION” to explain our project and goals by June 25 (refer to project proposal for draft outline) 

  • Internal Review Board (IRB) approval/waiver request for SME involvement for poster submission? Confirm with Rachel 

  • Budget time for SME review 

    • Request review with SMEs  

      • Ideally on the same call 

  • July 1st: Finalize SME recruitment plans 

  • Designate project manager for group efficiency 

  • Document all working meeting hours 

    • With APE 

    • Without APE 

4:30 pm – 4:55 pm: Clinical Pathway Development - Anna 

  • Total number of pages should be 10 pages 

  • Add these sections to working document 

    • Scope 

      • Define the scope of the project 

      • 5 year plan in 1 year increments 

  • Open Issues: 

    • Outstanding questions and concerns 

  • Parking Lot 

    • Open issues that need to be resolved 

    • Ie; Public Health 

  • Out of Scope 

  • Kat’s Silly Questions: 

    • What is this document for? 

      • 1 SME experts get the document 

        • Once agreements are reach, move to IT 

  • 2 Then Technical Requirements and IT 

  • 3 Then Vendors come in 

    • Often vendors help you to address the “Open Issues” 

  • 4 Next modeling comes 

  • READ: “Object...” (Anna to send book recommendation) 

  • Consider sending things on Monday (Friday is the worst day of all the days) for review by APEs

  • Begin referencing FHIR resource in last column
