Per our discussions in Salt Lake, we’re letting you know the order in which we plan to release the FHIR profiles/terminology derived from our DCMs. To refresh your memories, we’re starting with Intermountain CEMs, omitting anything that’s clearly implementation-specific and adding anything we didn’t have but we see the FHIR resources having that seem appropriate for an HSPC-standard profile. We’re then sending them out to this community for review, to see how these profiles/terminology align with your system requirements. After incorporating feedback, the end result will hopefully be a consensus set of HSPC profiles/terminology. We expect this to be an iterative process; we want to get something out for people to start using as soon as we can, but we also expect subsequent iteration/refinement.
