Overarching Methodology for This Guide

The purpose of this guide is to provide a framework to drive and design the implementation of ANF to transform clinical statements, including Health Factors. The guide will inform and educate clinical information modelers and terminology analysts about activities and lessons learned for applying ANF to clinical statements. It is a work in progress and will be iteratively updated as more ANF transformations are implemented and benefits and challenges are collated.
