Robert- V2 Guide deliverable March 2019 mtg?

Keith- OK for me personally but need more people to commit before deciding

Robert- 16^th and 23^rd last telcons for addressing comments

Steve- need more people to make commitments and better collaboration environment

Denis- GoogleDocs?

Robert- 4^th pillar of situational data.

Levels: 1^st- Unspecified- list of words, 2^nd self-specified, 3^rd Conceptual model – Producer’s that binds definitions, sematic binding to external reference, 4^th notional structure,

Consumer Guide- where does data come from, mapping to FHIR.

Ken- switch layers 2 and 3

Steve- requirements for sharable models. Executable, platform independent

Keith- HIMMS levels- foundational, structural syntax, semantic for interpretation

Activities also need to be part of the sharable data

Denis- HIMMS structural is level needed for DMN

Ken(?) HIMMS referring to system to system interoperability

Denis- no difference to what we’re dealing with

Keith- think of sub-processes in BPMN as systems that need to share data

Steve- structure needed for BPMN message passing

Keith- this discussion illustrates need for a 4^th section on data in the Guide

Robert- next week will focus on finishing up on comments
