Editorial Guidelines

The CDC NCHS Table 4 includes one state (“Dead on arrival”), which should be represented with a |finding| concept. The other entries in Table 4 refer to actual locations and should be represented with concepts that are descendants of 276339004 |Environment (environment)|.
