Decision Granularity

Decisions can be broken down into finer-grained sub-decisions, and sub-decisions can be aggregated into coarser grained ones.

The granularity should match the mental models of the SME: every (sub) decision should have a clinical interpretation.
Additional refinements (or lack of) should be driven by the context of use of the model
