  • Reviewed Level 4 and Level 5 titles.

  • Level 4 practices are optimized. Level 5 is taking it a step further.

  • Mark 4 as “Quantitatively Managed” and 5 as “Learning Health System.” Put “Innovation” in description.

  • Jane and Ken to combine “Definition and Description” sections offline.

  • Returned back to “Privacy, Security, Confidentiality” section

  • Security language may be generic, IT. Opportunity to make more specific to adoption of clinical guidelines, pathways? - Bill

  • Add sharing of data across organizations. Add permissions to share pathways and collaborate. – Ken

  • Across Levels 2, 3, 4, 5 broke up bullets to be shorter, re-worded, and re-ordered in places

  • Level 2 – Local level, work unit and Level 3 – Standard, Consistent, Holistic

  • Level 3 - Upon adoption of a new pathway, the org. consistently considers and incorporates required security, privacy and access permissions.

  • Level 4 and 5 – Indicative vs. Predictive.

  • Level 5 – emerging vulnerabilities

  • Under Adoption Processes section, determine how adjustments can be made to guidelines. Guardrails of what can or cannot be localized. In Security section, add Access permissions will support corresponding adoption processes.
