Adoption Maturity Model - Reconciliation of Feedback

The group discussed the scope and purpose of the document, and revised the title to better reflect them: “BPM+ Adoption: Readiness Assessment and Maturity Model”.

In order to better reflect the readiness assessment function, the bullet points will be changed to open squares to create a checklist.

The group will need to do a “scrubbing pass” on the document and keep the key items, pull out rest out and put into the playbook.

Mike Cesino will add the cyber security content to the document.

Terry Cullen will incorporate Bill Curtis' suggestions and distribute for final comment

Adoption Playbook - Review new content

Terry Cullen reviewed the playbook outline. Jean has added references. Ken will do section 5.3. Terry will do Metrics section 6. Terry and Jane will do the audience section

Plans for June Meeting

Ken Rubin

The June BPM+ Health Community meeting will include some plenary talks and one 2-hour work session for each group. This work group will put out an “alpha release” of its work products, along with a timeline working toward a community vote and reconciliation by September meeting.
