Playbook: Pilot opportunities

Jerry Osheroff

Jerry Osheroff introduced the AHRQ ACTS initiative and the COVID-19 Evidence to Guidance to Action Collaborative. That group is taking a standards-based approach (EBM, CPG on FHIR) to developing computable guidance and CDS as part of a learning collaborative. As organizations are implemementing these tools, there may be an opportunity to pilot the playbook and the RAMM or to connect the BPM+ Health playbook with implementation support efforts in the collaborative. Next steps: Jerry will raise this group’s work products with the ACTS Implementation Group

Playbook/RAMM community endorsement process

Ken Rubin

While the governance and processes for BPM+ Health community are still evolving, there is a proposed process for approving work products:

Announce to work group that their vote is needed

Work group votes - simple majority

BPM+ whole membership - simple majority (with quorum)

For this group’s work products, we will put out a call on the maturity model this week, and ask for review and response by Friday. Absent substantial objection, we will assume approval. We will seek additional input and take a workgroup vote separately for the playbook, but will send the two work products together to the broader BPM+ Health communicty.

Playbook: Final review

Terry Cullen, MD

Work group members are asked again for their feedback on the sections of the playbook, and to be considering what would be useful to themselve, their organizations, and other organizations, and to be thinking about what might be missing.
