  • Focus: Use Case Scenario, Anna

  • Reformatting/housekeeping to include:

    • Clarified/changed the identification of various terms used throughout for consistency and recognition

    • Clarified/edited/added specific steps in workflow and their respective data categories to better suit use case scenario (specifically, adding trigger points in workflow for administering Greenbaum’s survey and notification of appropriate parties)

    • Add: care plan to include current treatment and discharge instructions

    • Add Preconditions and post conditions: workflow starts with ADT and ends with reporting to social services

  • To Do: Add 2 steps after 15: “Documentation sent to social services” and “acknowledgement of receipt”

  • Discussion: relevance of specific vs. broad scope flow of events, Ken/Anna

  • Decision: continue with a granular approach to the clinical pathway or comprehension purposes and refer to SME and healthcare providers to review and validate, then broaden scope of events to democratize flow of events for comprehensive use

    • Determine if including “information systems” to each entity within the technical actors is appropriate

    • Add corresponding numbers from workflow to diagram

    • SME and preceptor review /validation of workflow and diagrams

      • Send documents to Anna Orlova and Lee Wise for edits, then forward to education committee for further review

    • SME meeting: end of June/beg of July? Possible conflict: MCBK conference June 30-July 1?
