• @Keith Campbell Update on Mental Health - Had discussions with Piper working on suicide assessment with AMIA. In some cases you want a psychometric instrument and in other cases you want to capture data to help with research and care of patient.

• Ask Piper to meet with Intermountain Mental Health team, VA Mental Health Team. Then hopefully create a group/effort in this area for content development.

Pain Assessment

1. Exacerbating factors – should we pre-coordinated with “due to”?

2. Did we come to a decision on clinical course?

3. No definitions from Nursing Knowledge Big Data Group because values came from nursing documentation screens, how to progress?
