Priority Item – Incorporation and Organization	Work continues on obtaining dues payments Oscar has been appointed as CEO Still do not have a response from Mike Garcia. If there is no response by Friday, Jackson Health will be dropped as a founding member. Membership agreement will be finalized this week. This will establish the fee structure. Priority Item – Get technical content on website or other accessible location FHIR profiles that can be viewed and browsed Sample programs that show how the FHIR profiles can be used	Continue to work with Grahame Grieve on the model content. In order to have detailed models available the granularity issue will need to be resolved. A meeting with Stan has been requested to discuss the granularity issue. Grahame's assumption is that we are going to show the profiles in a carved out section of the FHIR site. Grahame has been working on improving what he showed a few weeks ago. There will be a meeting tomorrow with Grahame. The recent focus has been on the presentation of the models. There will be a link to a spreadsheet where people will comment. The models for comment will be announced for a specific comment period. The key is to have a presentation of the models in a form that Stan approves. Models will be reviewed in sequential groups. Stan would like to get real content available as soon as possible. It will be important to have vendor interest in reviewing the models. The VA work and the HIMSS demonstration should be helpful in getting vendor engagement. It will be important to market the HSPC FHIR profiles. Geisinger, Vanderbilt and others are interested in the models that HSPC is developing. Quality measures will be useful because they are built into meaningful use. If the profiles are done correctly outside of HSPC this will be work that HSPC can use. The key is to have one set of models. The Intermountain models represent a significant investment and it would be best not to duplicate this work. The VA project may fund some of this effort. Priority Item – General HSPC Meeting Plans	Stan will set up a call this week	Stan Huff Set up a two hour call to plan meeting – Craig and Oscar Objectives of next meeting: Hold technical sessions Modeling and terminology Service framework, how to make sample code available, how to document technical decisions Development environments/sandbox – functions, stakeholders Have two days so that people can participate in both organizational and technical Approaches to gaining vendor and other stakeholder engagement and support for the FHIR profiles Would be ideal to be ready to finalize voting and governance and operational processes Further discussion of data virtualization and orchestration approaches. Orchestration is in the scope of HSPC. Would not be a requirement of every member to participate in the orchestrated framework. On board new attendees with a pre-session HIMSS track for planning. Should have a plan of what will be done at HIMSS
